ADVANTAGES OF JOINING THE APEHF ASSOCIATION:

• Participation of representatives of the Association in regular meetings of relevant committees and commissions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to solve current and promising industry tasks;
• The possibility of using a single product quality standard developed and adopted by the Association;
• The opportunity to participate in the management of the Association, as well as the impact on the development of the professional community;
• Participation in the events of APEHF KazGROW and the Association's partners;
• Posting information and publishing news about partners on the Association's website;
• Providing partners with information about current industry events;

MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION
Members of the Association may be registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sharing the goals, principles and objectives of the Association, recognizing the Charter of APEHF KazGROW — agricultural producers, producers and exporters of crop and livestock products and other interested organizations.
After joining the Association, the members of the Association retain their independence and have the same amount of rights as before joining the Association. The members of the Association participate in its activities through their authorized representatives.

THE PROCEDURE FOR JOINING THE ASSOCIATION

• Admission to membership in the Association is carried out by decision of the Association Council on the basis of the candidate's application for membership in the Association.
• Commercial organizations (legal entities and individuals) that have decided to join the Association must:

1. Submit the following documents to the Executive Directorate of the Association:

• an application for membership in the Association submitted to the Honorary President of the Association, issued on the letterhead of the organization signed by its head and certified with the stamp of the organization;
• a letter of recommendation from the members of the Association. Letters of recommendation are submitted on the letterhead of the recommending organization, signed and stamped by this organization;
• a presentation about the organization's activities in a free form;

2. Familiarize yourself with the Association's Charter, general principles and, in accordance with the statutory competence;
3. After the adoption by the APEHF KazGROW Council of a positive decision on the candidate's entry into the Association — to make an entrance fee and an annual membership fee in accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for paying membership fees to APEHF KazGROW" (approved by the 1st Conference of the APEHF KazGROW Council on 05/17/2024).

MAKING A DECISION ON JOINING THE ASSOCIATION
Admission to membership of the Association is carried out by decision of the Board of APEHF KazGROW, followed by approval of such a decision by the General Meeting of the Association's members, based on the provided package of documents.
A representative of the candidate must be present at the Board of Members of the Association, where the decision on his entry is approved. The candidate is informed about the date of the Council in advance.

On admission to membership of the Association, the following documents are issued:
Certificate of a APEHF KazGROW member, containing the date of admission and registration number.

THE PROCEDURE FOR LEAVING THE ASSOCIATION
A member of the Association has the right to withdraw from the Association at his discretion. To do this, he informs the Association about this by submitting a written application addressed to the honorary President of the Association.
A member of the Association may also be excluded from the Association by decision of the Association Council in cases and in accordance with the procedure established by the Charter of APEHF KazGROW.
